Attendee Registration
Registration includes access to all SAV events, including general sessions, all workshop sessions, What’s Happening in Illinois, and the exhibit hall. The Attendee Registration Brochure and Online Registration Link will soon be provided when registration goes live.
Registration Deadlines
- Early Bird Registration Closes: August 15, 2025
- Regular Registration Opens: August 15, 2025
- Regular Registration Closes: September 19, 2025
Cancellation Policy
A $30.00 per person processing fee will be charged for registration canceled prior to the deadline of September 19, 2025. No refunds will be issued after September 19, 2025. Substitutions may be made by transferring registration to another individual if requested via email to Lucy at lmmork1@ilstu.edu
